Harness state — simulated approval only

trip.py approve was run to exercise the export path. The trip.json approval note explicitly says that no real user approved this plan. This is not authorization to travel, a reservation, or a representation of a family decision.

The candidate and plan checks passed for the scenario as recorded on 2026-09-28. The export contains real official research with estimated route/food elements, and should be rechecked on 2026-10-03 before any real use.
